1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

3. u16888 User Account

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at u16888 at all times. Holding multiple accounts — whether under different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of balances and bonuses.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your u16888 account username and password confidential.
• Ensuring no other party accesses your account without authorisation.
• Notify the u16888 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• All activity carried out through your account, whether by you or any other party.

All deposits are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). u16888 does not charge any processing fees for deposits made via the above methods. Successful deposits will be credited to your u16888 account automatically. If your deposit has not been credited within 15 minutes, please contact our support team with proof of transaction.

5. Fund Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your u16888 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same account used for your original deposit method.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour on business days.
• U16888 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding RM5,000.
• Any active bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements will be forfeited before the withdrawal is processed.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

• Rollover Requirement: Every bonus carries a rollover requirement that must be met before withdrawals are permitted. The rollover requirement is stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have a set validity period. Bonuses that expire without fulfilling the rollover requirement will be automatically forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only activate one bonus at a time unless stated otherwise in the promotion's terms.

7. Game Rules

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed once a round has concluded.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, u16888 will resolve the matter based on stored system records. The decision of the u16888 technical team is final.
• U16888 reserves the right to void any game or wager where there is evidence of a technical error, fraud or system failure.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are as displayed in the game interface.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from Malaysian legal authorities.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting the u16888 support team. Where the closure is not due to a breach of terms, any eligible remaining balance will be refunded within 3–5 business days via the original payment method.

10. Limitation of Liability
